- Abstract: 本文运用区域经济学、人才学和统计学的基本理论和方法，概述了赛马人才集群的相关概念，设计了赛马产业技术人才集群模式，探讨了武汉市赛马产业经济价值创造模式，探讨了系统动力学模型的静态耦合机理，分析了武汉市赛马产业技术人员集群与经济增长的关系，以推动武汉市赛马产业经济的发展。
- By using basic theories and methods of regional economics, talents science and statistics, the paper outlined the related concepts of horse racing technical person cluster, designed technical person cluster pattern in horse racing industry, probed the mode of economic value creation in horse racing industry in Wuhan city, explored the static coupling mechanism of the system dynamics model, and analyzed the relationship between technical person cluster in the horse racing industry and economic growth of Wuhan in order to grow industrial economy of horse racing in Wuhan city.
