With the effective management of the physical health problems of young people, the shortcomings of physical health have shifted to college students. At present, the corresponding research mainly focuses on the level of public physical education teaching mode and teaching method in colleges and universities, and the research on the teaching behavior of physical education teachers in the public physical education ecosystem of colleges and universities needs further attention. In this regard, this article adopts the method of focus group to collect data, uses the research paradigm of grounded theory, conducts thematic analysis of the collected interview data, and then establishes basic cognitions. First, there are many forms of anomie of teaching behavior in the field of public physical education in colleges and universities, such as indifference, violence, language misunderstanding, and multiple discrimination. Second, the anomie of public physical education teachers in colleges and universities has characteristics of relatively minor magnitude.Third, it hurts students,and the degree and the impact on the teaching ecology have a certain degree of concealment and potential.
