• 摘要： 一场突如其来的新冠病毒重大疫情下，赤水市与全国一道进入公共安 全卫生一级响应状态，社会、经济被迫基本“封停”，致赤水市晒醋等行业面 临诸多困难，笔者就此进行了调研，并提出了相应对策建议，以期做好晒醋企 业更好开展复工复产、开工达产，切实保障赤水市这一优势特色产业恢复并提 升运转效能，及时重新走入更加良性发展的状态。
• Under a sudden major epidemic of new coronavirus, Chishui, Guizhou, together with the whole country, has entered the first-class response state of public safety and health, the author has carried on the investigation in this regard, and has put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, with a view to doing a better job in the sun-cured vinegar enterprises to carry out the resumption of production, start-up and reach production, we will ensure that Chishui, Guizhou's advantageous and distinctive industries recover and improve their operational efficiency, and return to a more sound state of development in time.
