乡村振兴背景下农药包装废弃物回收处理现状与思考

• 摘要： 实现乡村振兴需要切实改善农村人居环境，生态振兴是构建乡村振兴的环境基础。残留在田间地头、沟渠河道的农药包装废弃物是农村固废污染、土壤污染、面源污染的重要来源和治理难点，对生态环境、食品安全及公众健康都存在危害。如何有效开展农药包装废物回收处置工作是减少污染，保障生态安全，建设宜居宜业美好乡村的关键问题。本文介绍了在乡村振兴背景下做好农药包装废弃物回收处理的重要性，对比了国内外回收处理工作的概况，分析了目前在回收处理工作中存在的问题和难点，并提出了建议。
• Realizing rural revitalization requires effective improvement of rural living environment, and ecological revitalization is the environmental foundation for building rural revitalization. Pesticide packaging waste remaining in fields, ditches and rivers is an important source and difficult to control of rural solid waste pollution, soil pollution, and non-point source pollution, posing a threat to the ecological environment and public health. The effective implementation of the recycling and disposal of pesticide packaging waste is an important guarantee for reducing pollution, ensuring food safety, and building a beautiful living environment. This article introduces the significance of doing a good job in the recycling and disposal of pesticide packaging waste in the context of rural revitalization, summarizes the overview of the recycling and treatment of pesticide packaging waste in various regions of China, analyzes the problems and difficulties in the current recycling and treatment work, and puts forward suggestions.
