乡村振兴战略下党建引领农村治理的探索研究--以邯郸冀南新区为例

• 摘要： 乡村振兴战略是十九大报告提出的对新发展阶段农业农村工作的总体部署，是今后一段时期“三农”工作的指导方向。基础不牢，地动山摇。强化党建引领农 村治理是乡村振兴战略的重要基础。本文以乡村振兴战略为时代背景，选取邯郸冀南新区为研究对象，主要分析了冀南新区党建引领农村治理现状和成果，指出了存在的问题，并针对问题提出对策。
• The Rural Revitalization Strategy is the overall deployment of agricultural and rural work in the new development stage proposed in the report of the 19th National Congress. It is the guiding direction of the work of “agriculture, rural areas and farmers” in the coming period. If the foundation is not firm, the earth will shake and the mountains will shake. Strengthening Party building and leading rural governance is an important basis for Rural Revitalization Strategy. Taking the Rural Revitalization Strategy as the background of the times, this paper selects Handan Jinan New Area as the research object, mainly analyzes the current situation and achievements of rural governance led by Party Construction in Jinan New Area, points out the existing problems, and puts forward countermeasures for the problems.
