Rural education is an important part of China's education system. Changing the rural education environment through information technology means such as big data, cloud computing and AI, strengthening the educational infrastructure construction and the change of teaching concept for the remote mountainous areas will help to implement educational equity, optimize the allocation of educational resources, achieve balanced development, promote rural revitalization and achieve common prosperity. Starting with the case analysis of "a piece of A4 paper" in Daliangshan district, this paper combs the current situation of balanced development of education, and puts forward the construction idea of "hard environment" + "soft power", as well as the Countermeasures of government departments, schools and all sectors of society to jointly promote balanced development of education.
