• 摘要： 脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴两大战略的实施，是中国共产党在新时代解决“三农”问题的重要举措，两者目标任务一致，逐步延展提升。要按照中央“五位一体”总体布局要求，推进“两不愁”与产业兴旺、村民自治与法治德治、教育扶贫与乡风文明、“三保障”与生活富裕、生态扶贫与宜居乡村、生产生活与社会发展的协同发展。
• The implementation of the two major strategies of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization is an important measure for the CPC to solve the problems of"agriculture, rural areas and farmers"in the new era. In line with the central government's five-pronged overall plan, we need to promote coordinated development of "Food and clothing without worry"with industrial prosperity, villagers' autonomy, rule of law, poverty alleviation through education and rural culture,"the insurance of medical, housing and education"with prosperity, ecological poverty alleviation and livable villages, production, living standards and social development.
