深化农业供给侧改革 推进乡村产业振兴 ——以左右江革命老区为例

• 摘要： 左右江革命老区农业供给侧结构性改革，经过几年的推进和深化，取得可喜的成绩，特别是在调结构、提品质、促融合、去库存、补短板等方面取得了显著成效。但这项改革不是一蹴而就，需要长期推进不断深化。当前和未来一个时期，需要围绕“壮产业、保质量、深融合、紧对接、降成本、强基础”深入推进农村产业规模化、优质化、绿色化、集约化、品牌化发展，加强“三品一标”和功能农产品生产，规范农产品质量标准，推动农业高质量发展，提高农业产值和农民收入，推进乡村产业振兴和经济发展，不断满足城乡人民日益增长的健康生活品质需求。
• After several years of promotion and deepening, the agricultural supply side structural reform in the old revolutionary base areas of Zuojiang has achieved gratifying results, especially in the aspects of adjusting the structure, improving the quality, promoting the integration, removing the inventory and making up for the shortcomings. However, this reform is not achieved overnight and needs to be promoted and deepened for a long time. At present and in the future, we need to focus on "strengthening industry, ensuring quality, deep integration, tight docking, reducing cost and strengthening foundation" to further promote the development of rural industry in scale, high quality, green, intensive and brand, strengthen the "three products and one standard" and the production of functional agricultural products, standardize the quality standards of agricultural products, promote the high-quality development of agriculture, and improve the agricultural output value and farmers' income In order to promote the revitalization of rural industry and economic development, and constantly meet the growing demand for healthy quality of life of urban and rural people.
