乡村振兴战略下恩施州道地药材高质量发展研究

• 摘要： 道地药材高质量发展, 具体表现在产品质量好、生态质量好、综合结构质量好, 其根本在于经济活力、创新力和竞争力的提升。本文介绍恩施州中药材资源与产业概况, 研究其农业知识产权资源, 探讨该州道地药材农业知识产权保护与高质量发展的策略, 并提出九点建议。
• The high-quality development of genuine medicinal materials is embodied in good product quality, good ecological quality and good comprehensive structure quality, which lies in the promotion of economic vitality, innovation and competitiveness. The protection and application of agricultural intellectual property rights can promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry and knowledge economy, promote the genuine protection of traditional Chinese medicine materials and regional public brand building, and enhance economic vitality, innovation and competitiveness. It is an important way to implement the Rural Revitalization Strategy and high-quality agricultural development. This paper introduces the general situation of traditional Chinese medicine resources and industry in Enshi Prefecture, studies its agricultural intellectual property resources, discusses the strategies for the protection and high-quality development of genuine traditional Chinese medicine agricultural intellectual property in Enshi Prefecture, and puts forward nine suggestions.
