• 摘要： 乡村振兴战略不仅是解决新时代我国社会主要矛盾的关键和解决“三农”问题的总抓手。也是党的农村政策的历史继承和最新体现。乡村振兴战略的实施面临一定困难，主要表现在农产品供给质量较低、农民持续增收困难、农村公共产品供给不足以及乡村治理能力不强。实施乡村振兴战略应深入推进农业供给侧结构性改革以使农业从增产导向转为提质导向，进一步挖掘农民增收潜能，重点提高农民的财产性收入和工资性收入，增加农村公共产品供给，完善乡村治理体系。
• Rural Revitalization Strategy is not only the key to solve the main social contradictions in the new era, but also the general grasp to solve the "three rural" problems. It is also the historical inheritance and the latest embodiment of the party's rural policy. The implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy faces some difficulties, mainly in the low quality of agricultural products supply, the difficulty of farmers' continuous income increase, the insufficient supply of rural public goods and the weak ability of rural governance. To implement the Rural Revitalization Strategy, we should further promote the structural reform of the agricultural supply side, so as to make agriculture shift from increasing production to improving quality, further tap the potential of increasing farmers' income, focus on improving farmers' property income and wage income, increase the supply of rural public goods, and improve the rural governance system.
