• Abstract: 乡村振兴战略的硬性要求和鲜明标杆是农业必须强、农村必须美、农民必须富；乡村振兴战略的庄重态度和宗旨使命是任何时候都不能忽视农业、忘记农民、淡漠农村；乡村振兴战略的终极目标和评判标准是务农成为体面的职业、农民获得体面的收入、农村树起体面的形象；践行乡村振兴战略的政策取向和战略措施是坚持农业农村优先发展、建立健全城乡融合发展体制机制和政策体系、推进农业农村现代化。
• the rigid requirement and clear benchmark of the Rural Revitalization Strategy are that agriculture must be strong, the countryside must be beautiful, and the farmers must be rich; the solemn attitude and mission of the Rural Revitalization Strategy is that we can not ignore agriculture, forget the farmers and indifferent to the countryside at any time; the ultimate goal and evaluation standard of the Rural Revitalization Strategy are to become a decent occupation, to obtain decent income and to rural areas The policy orientation and strategic measures for the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy are to adhere to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas, establish and improve the institutional mechanism and policy system of urban-rural integration development, and promote agricultural and rural modernization.
