• Abstract: 社会发展中，重要的基础设施就是电网，但是近几年电网运行的环境 却在不断变化着，比如说电网负荷的迅速增长、电力市场运行影响着电网运行、 大区域电网互联的初步形成、全球气候的变化，这些问题都给电网建设提出了 更高要求。智能电网有着信息化、数字化的特点，所以建设智能电网的重要手 段就是电力工程技术，对此本文将加以分析。
• Social development, is important infrastructure of the grid, but in recent years, power grid operation environment is constantly changing, such as the rapid growth of power load, power market operation affects the power grid operation, preliminary formation of large area power grid interconnection, global climate change, these problems are put forward higher requirement to the power grid construction. Smart power grid has the characteristics of informatization and digitalization, so the important means of building smart power grid is power engineering technology, which will be analyzed in this paper.
