Abstract: 本文对江西电力职业技术学院自动化专业教学改革问题进行探讨，认为在办学过程中，应始终坚持面向电力行业的办学理念，紧随社会的发展和电力行业的需求，适时调整教学计划、课程结构和人才培养方案，培养出宽口径、复合型专业人才。
In this paper, the electric power vocational technology college of Jiangxi automation major teaching reform were discussed, in the process of the school, should always adhere to the electric power industry oriented educational concept, following the development of the society and the demand of electric power industry, adjust the teaching plan, course structure and the talent training scheme, cultivate a wide caliber, professional talents.
