• Abstract: 主要对智能电网多适应性规划体系的设计进行阐述，分析了全系统综合效益指数（SEITENS）模型的建立，最后从电网性能、效率、成本及社会效益等四大目标因素出发，对面向智能电网的规划体系设计进行研究探讨，对今后多适应性智能电网的规划体系设计有良好的借鉴意义。
• Mainly on the design of the smart grid more adaptive planning system, analyses the whole system comprehensive benefit index(SEITENS) model, finally from the grid performance, efficiency, cost and the social benefits and so on four big objective factors, the study of design for the smart grid planning system, more adaptability in the future smart grid planning system design has a good reference.
