40 cases of functional dyspepsia treated with Jianpi Yiqi recipe

• Abstract: 目的：观察中药治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法：选择 80 例功能性消化不良病人，随机分为观察组和对照组各 40 例，观察组施以自拟健脾益气方剂，对照组采用吗丁啉，观察 2 周，观察两组临床效果。结果：观察组总有效率 92.5％，32.5％的治愈率：对照组分别为 70.0％，20.0％。观察组总有效率及治愈率均高于对照组，差异均有显著性差异 (p<0.05)。结论： 自拟健脾益气方剂对功能性消化不良疗效显著。
• Objective: To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine on functional dyspepsia. Methods:8O patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group. Observation group was treated with self-made Jianpi Yiqi formula, while control group was treated with domperidone for 2 weks. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%, and the cure rate of 32.5% was 70.0% and 20.0% respectively. The total effective rate and cure rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: the self-made Jianpi Yiqi formula has a significant effect on functional dyspepsia.
