• Abstract: 颈臂痛是骨伤科临床中的常见病和多发病，发病因素多，机理复杂，中医认为风寒温邪风侵，闭阻经络，不通则痛。本文结合临床案例，运用手法治疗颈臂痛，取得了较好的疗效。
• Neck and arm pain is a common and frequently occurring disease in orthopedic clinic. It has many pathogenic factors and complicated mechanism. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that wind, cold, warm and evil wind invade, block the meridians and collaterals, but if not, it will hurt. In this paper, combined with clinical cases, the use of manipulation to treat neck and arm pain has achieved good results.
