- Abstract: 在中药学教学中，中药配伍禁忌“十八反”是学生必须掌握的主要内容之一。但是“十八反”究竟包括多少味药；与“十八反”有关联的药物，是否应列入“十八反”；反药能否同用，现行教材中均述而不详。本文从古今文献记录结合实际操作，详细介绍中药配伍禁忌“十八反”相关信息。
- in the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine,"18 anti"is one of the main contents that students must master. However, how many kinds of drugs are included in the 18 anti-drugs? Whether the drugs related to the 18 anti-drugs should be included in the 18 anti-drugs? Whether the anti-drugs can be used in the same way or not is not described in the current textbooks. This paper introduces in detail the informationabout the taboo of compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine "18 anti"from the ancient and modern literature records combined with practical operation.
