温针灸治疗长期湿阻的临床分析

• Abstract: 目的观察比较温针灸组和中成药组防治湿阻的临床疗效。方法将 74 例患者随机分为温针灸组 37 例和中成药组 37 例进行防治。结果温针灸组总有效率 89.2％，中成药组总有效率 67.6％，两组比较差异有显著性 (P < 0.05)。针灸组防治疗效明湿优于中成药组。结论温针灸防治湿阻疗效显著，值得临床推广。
• Objective To observe and compare the clinical effect of warm acupuncture group and traditional Chinese medicine group on the prevention and treatment of dampness. Methods 74 patients were randomly divided into warm acupuncture group (37 cases) and traditional Chinese medicine group (37 cases). Results the total effective rate of warm acupuncture group was 89.2%, and that of traditional Chinesemedicine group was 67.6%. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The therapeutic effect of acupuncture group is better than that of traditional Chinese medicine group. Conclusion warm acupuncture has a significant effect on the prevention and treatment of dampness obstruction, which is worthy of clinical application.
