十味利湿颗粒对泌尿系小结石的临床疗效研究

• 摘要： 目的：观察十味利湿颗粒对泌尿系小结石的临床疗效。方法：选择 78 例患者随机分成 2 组，治疗组 40 例，对照组 38 例，治疗组在西医治疗基础上 加中成药十味利湿颗粒治疗。观察治疗随访 4 周作为疗效观察终点。结果：治 疗组 4 周有效率为 85%，对照组为 60.5%，差异有统计学意义（p ＜ 0.05），结论： 十味利湿颗粒联合西药治疗泌尿系小结石疗效优于单纯西药治疗。
• Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Shiwei Lishi Granule on small urinary calculi. Methods: 78 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 40 in the treatment group and 38 in the control group. Four weeks follow-up was used as the end point. Results: the 4-week effective rate of the treatment group was 85%, and that of the control group was 60.5%. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the therapeutic effect of Shiwei Lishi granule combined with western medicine on small urinary calculi was better than that of Western medicine alone.
