中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘的临床研究

• 摘要： 目的：探讨中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法：选择支气 管哮喘患者 81 例，采用中西医结合方法治疗，西医方法常规治疗要进行吸氧、 平衡患者体内酸碱度、抗感染、雾化吸入等；中医治疗采用中药三合汤加减口服。 结果：经过积极的治疗，本组 81 例支气管哮喘患者中显效 41 例，好转 30 例， 无效 10 例，总有效率为 87.65%，效果满意。结论：中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘 起到了个性化、针对性治疗作用，缩短了病程，具有良好的临床效果。
• Objective: To explore the clinical effect of the combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods: 81 patients with bronchial asthma were selected and treated with the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The routine treatment of Western medicine included oxygen inhalation, balance of pH in patients, anti infection, atomization inhalation, etc. the traditional Chinese medicine Sanhe decoction was used for treatment. Results: after active treatment, 41 cases of 81 cases of bronchial asthma were effective, 30 cases were improved, 10 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 87.65%, the effect was satisfactory. Conclusion: the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of bronchial asthma has played a personalized, targeted therapeutic role, shortened the course of disease, with good clinical effect.
