• Abstract: 目的：回顾性分析近 5 年发生中药不良反应（ADR）的病例，探讨 ADR 对人体器官 - 系统的损害以及可能的原因，为临床准确、合理、安全用药 提供参考。方法：调取 2014-2019 年临床各科室使用中药治疗引起 ADR 的病历 214 份，对其 ADR 及用药情况进行回顾性统计、分析。结果：中药常见 ADR 包括变态反应和中毒反应，以变态反应为主（87.4%），给药方式以静脉给药 ADR 发生率最高（55.6%），多数病例经相应治疗缓解，死亡率 2.8%。结论： 中药的ADR不容忽视，医师要充分认识中药ADR，慎重选择静脉滴注给药治疗， 依据发生 ADR 可能的原因加强中药管理和药师服务，以减少 ADR 的发生。
• Objective: retrospective analysis of ADR cases in recent 5 years, to explore the damage of ADR to human organ system and possible causes, so as to provide a reference for clinical accurate, reasonable and safe use of drugs. Methods: 214 ADR cases were collected from clinical departments in 2014-2019 Results: ADR of traditional Chinese medicine includes allergic reaction and toxic reaction, mainly allergic reaction (87.4%). The incidence of ADR of intravenous administration is the highest (55.6%) In order to reduce the occurrence of ADR, we should carefully choose intravenous drip therapy, strengthen the management of traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacist service according to the possible causes of ADR.
