中药活血灵片治疗创伤性骨头坏死的临床分析

• 摘要： 目的：探讨应用中药治疗创伤性股骨头坏死的治疗效果。方法：我院 近年共收治 70 例创伤性股骨头坏死患者，按照随机对照的方法分为治疗组和对 照组各 35 例，对照组患者术后服用接骨片治疗，治疗组患者术后口服活血灵片 进行治疗。服药半年后对比两组治疗效果，并统计 VAS 疼痛评分。结果：经治 疗，治疗组患者行 MRI 检查发现股骨头坏死率为 11.4%，对照组股骨头坏死率 22.9%，两组相比具有统计学意义，治疗组股骨头坏死率明显低于对照组。VAS 疼痛评分治疗组为（4.99+0.61）分，对照组为（6.42+0.98）分，两组 VAS 评分 同样有显著差异。结论：应用中药活血灵片治疗创伤性股骨头坏死安全有效， 值得在临床中进行推广应用。
• Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine on traumatic necrosis of femoral head. Methods: 70 cases of traumatic necrosis of the femoral head were treated in our hospital in recent years. According to the method of random control, they were divided into the treatment group and the control group with 35 cases each. The patients in the control group were treated with Jiegu Tablet after operation, and the patients in the treatment group were treated with Huoxueling tablet after operation. Six months later, the treatment effect of the two groups was compared, and VAS pain score was calculated. Results: after treatment, MRI showed that the necrosis rate of the femoral head in the treatment group was 11.4%, and that in the control group was 22.9%. There was statistical significance between the two groups. The necrosis rate of the femoral head in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group. VAS pain score was (4.99 + 0.61) in the treatment group and (6.42 + 0.98) in the control group. Conclusion: the application of Huoxueling tablet is safe and effective in the treatment of traumatic necrosis of femoral head, which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
