中医辨证治疗在内科疾病中的应用疗效探究

• 摘要： 目的：探究辩证治疗在中医内科疾病的治疗中是否有显著的疗效。方 法随机将 100 例在我院内科治疗同类疾病即急性胰腺炎患者分成甲乙两组，各 50例，分别采取常规治疗和辩证治疗的方法，给予相同的护理，观察各组的疗效。 结果在治疗一个月后进行随访观察，常规治疗组治愈有效率 80%，辨证治疗组 治愈有效率 94%，两组对比差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。结论结合内科患者 疾病的具体情况，给予辩证治疗，可明显提高疾病治愈率。由此可见辩证治疗 在中医内科中有着重要地位。
• Objective to explore whether dialectical treatment has significant effect in the treatment of internal diseases of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods 100 patients with acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group. They were treated with routine therapy and dialectical therapy respectively, and given the same nursing care, and observed the curative effect of each group. Results after one month of treatment, the follow-up observation showed that the effective rate of conventional treatment group was 80%, the effective rate of syndrome differentiation treatment group was 94%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion according to the specific conditions of internal medicine patients, dialectical treatment can significantly improve the cure rate. Therefore, dialectical treatment plays an important role in the internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine.
