正肝化瘀方治疗肝硬化的临床效果研究

• Abstract: 目的：探讨我院中医辅助治疗肝硬化的效果。方法：住院肝硬化病人 共 50 例，根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组与对照组各 25 例，两组都给予常规 治疗，治疗组在此基础上给予正肝化瘀方治疗。结果：治疗后治疗组的总有效 率为 96.0％，对照组为 80.0%，治疗组明显高于对照组。两组治疗前 ALT 与 AST 对比差异无统计学意义，治疗后都有明显降低，同时组间对比差异有统计 学意义。结论：正肝化瘀方辅助治疗肝硬化能降低转氨酶活性，促进受损肝细 胞向正常转化，从而提高治疗疗效。
• Objective: To explore the effect of Chinese medicine in the treatment of cirrhosis. Methods: a total of 50 patients with cirrhosis were divided into treatment group and control group according to the different treatment methods, 25 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine treatment, and the treatment group was given Zhenggan Huayu formula on this basis. Results: after treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.0%, and that of the control group was 80.0%. There was no significant difference in ALT and AST between the two groups before and after treatment. Conclusion: Zhenggan Huayu Prescription can reduce transaminase activity and promote the normal transformation of damaged hepatocytes, so as to improve the therapeutic effect.
