Abstract: 从病因病机的角度分析了寒凉药物在湿热痹阻型强直性脊柱炎中应用的理论基础，从药物配伍方面分析了在非湿热型应用的理论基础。
From the angle of etiology and pathogenesis, this paper analyzes the theoretical basis of the application of cold drugs in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis of dampness heat obstruction type, and the theoretical basis of theapplication in the treatment of non-dampness heat type from the aspect of drug compatibility.
