- Abstract: 本文通过对比美国药学教育培养目标、学制、课程体系，构建我国药学教育体制改革方案。认为我国的高等药学教育应当以培养专业药学人才为主，学制应当由4 年延长至6 年，课程应当增加药物治疗学和临床药学实践等课程以期更好更快培养一批能够承担起患者健康保护者与用药管理者重任的药学专业型人才。
- This article constructs a reform plan for the pharmaceutical education system in my country by comparing the training objectives, school system, and curriculum system of American pharmacy education. It is believed that my country’s higher pharmacy education should focus on training professional pharmacy talents, the school system should be extended from 4 years to 6 years, and courses should be added to courses such as pharmacotherapy and clinical pharmacy practice in order to better and faster train a group of people who can afford patient health. A professional pharmacy talent who is responsible for protectors and medication managers.
