• Abstract: 随着我国经济的发展，如何结合社会发展需求，培养有特色的应用型人才，是当前高校改革和发展面临的重要研究课题。文章针对地方院校药学专业应用型人才培养进行了分析，定位人才培养的目标，思考人才培养的意义，进行应用型人才培养的实践，挖掘人才培养过程中的人文教育价值，科学规划药学人才发展远景，探索面向广西区域经济发展的药学应用型人才培养模式。
• With the development of China's economy, how to combine the needs of social development to cultivate application-oriented talents with characteristics is an important research topic facing the reform and development of colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the cultivation of applied talents of Pharmacy Specialty in local colleges and universities, positioning the goal of talent training, thinking about the significance of talent training, carrying out the practice of applied talents training, excavating the value of humanistic education in the process of talent cultivation, scientifically planning the development prospect of pharmaceutical talents, and exploring the cultivation mode of pharmaceutical applied talents facing the regional economic development of Guangxi.
