• Abstract: 目的：讨论并观察通心络胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法： 将 160 例不稳定型心绞痛患者任意的分为对照组以及治疗组各 80 例，对照组利 用常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用通心络胶囊口服。结果：治疗组临 床总有效率为68%，心电图总有效率，对照组非常显著的比治疗组的效果差。结论： 在正常的治疗基础上加用通心络胶囊口服治疗不稳定型心绞痛治疗的效果特别 明显，不仅效果非常的显著而且还很安全。
• Objective: To discuss and observe the clinical effect of Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods: 160 patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, 80 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine therapy, and the treatment group was treated with Tongxinluo Capsule on the basis of routine therapy. Results: The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 68%, and the total effective rate of ECG was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion: On the basis of normal treatment, Tongxinluo capsule is an effective and safe treatment for unstable angina pectoris.
