• Abstract: 作为佛教从区域性宗教迈向世界性宗教的腾飞之地，犍陀罗地区在希腊罗马文明的基础上吸收融合波斯、印度等文明创造性地诞生了犍陀罗艺术，诚然犍陀罗艺术诞生与犍陀罗地区的特殊性是分不开的，但其发展则是紧紧依托佛教，同时佛教借助犍陀罗艺术得以广泛传播。文章梳理了犍陀罗艺术的源起及艺术特 征，分析探究了柏孜克里克石窟高昌回鹘时期壁画中犍陀罗艺术元素，重点讨论了佛本行经变图中佛陀的形象。
• As a place where Buddhism took off from regional religion to world religion, Gandhara region absorbed and integrated Persian, Indian and other civilizations on the basis of Greco-Roman civilization, and creatively gave birth to Gandhara art. Admittedly, the birth of Gandhara art is inseparable from the particularity of Gandhara region, but its development is closely based on Buddhism, while Buddhism can be widely disseminated with the help of Gandhara art. This paper combs the origin and artistic characteristics of Gandhara art, analyzes and explores the artistic elements of Gandhara in the murals of Gaochang Uighur period in Bezikrik Grottoes, and focuses on the image of Buddha in the variation of Buddhist sutras.
