- Abstract: 在社会主义市场经济条件下，人们的消费观念树立的正确与否同构建 节约型社会有着十分密切的关系。确立科学的消费观的基本原则是与改革开放 的市场经济相适应，与社会主义法律道德规范相协调，与中华民族传统美德相 承接，与构建节约型社会相一致。
- Under the condition of socialist market economy, the correctness of people's consumption concept is closely related to the construction of economical society. The basic principle to establish a scientific consumption view is to adapt to the market economy of reform and opening up, to coordinate with the socialist legal and moral standards, to carry on the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation, and to build a conservation-oriented society.
