社会管理创新理论在治安工作中的运用

• Abstract: 随着社会经济的不断发展，我国的社会治安形势也愈发复杂多变，治安工作也随之面临着更高的要求。本文以社会管理创新理论为切入点，运用文献梳理、案例研究等方法，对社会管理创新理论的内容予以梳理介绍，并针对该理论在治安工作中的具体内涵展开分析，明确其在治安工作的理念更新、主体引入、内容拓展及技术应用等方面均发挥着重要作用。文章梳理了社会管理创新理论在治安工作体系构建、多元主体共治以及新兴技术应用等方面的典型实践情况，并针对当下存在的实践不足，提出了从共建共治治安管理模式创新和科技赋能治安管理手段创新这两方面展开工作的设想，试图为未来治安工作的发展提供一条具有可行性的完善路径。
• With the development of the social economy, the public security situation in our country has become increasingly complex and changeable, and public security work is consequently facing higher demands. This paper takes the theory of social management innovation as the entry point and, through methods such as literature review and case study, combs through and introduces the content of the theory of social management innovation. It also analyzes the specific connotations of the theory in public security work and clarifies that the theory plays an important role in the renewal of concepts, introduction of stakeholders, expansion of content, and application of technology in public security work.The paper reviews the typical practices of the theory of social management innovation in the construction of the public security work system, multi-stakeholder governance, and the application of emerging technologies. In light of the existing shortcomings in current practices, this paper proposes two working ideas which aim to provide a feasible path for the future development of public security work.
