- Abstract: 随着城市化进程的不断推进，城市内分布的运动休闲空间逐渐成为居民放松身心的重要场所。体育公园兼具运动和休闲的双重特性，城市体育公园的建设是全民健身公共服务体系的重要一环。随着国家出台的一系列政策支持，体育公园的建设也随之受到了社会各界的广泛关注。在体育公园场所数量增长的同时，也需要重视如何加快推进体育公园内的公共体育服务供给提质优化。本文综合运用文献研究、问卷调查和实地调查等分析方法，以协同供给理论作为理论依据，选取贵阳市内三个比较典型的体育公园作为研究区域，分析贵阳市体育公园公共体育服务供给方面存在的问题，并结合实地实际探究背后成因。基于此，从供给机制、政府管理、政策宣传教育、公众参与、体育事业的发展五个方面分别提出优化策略，为促进贵阳市体育公园公共体育服务体系的发展完善提供针对性的意见和建议。
- With the continuous advancement of urbanization, the sports and leisure space distributed in the city has gradually become an important place for residents to relax. Sports park has both sports and leisure characteristics, the construction of urban sports park is an important part of the national fitness public service system. With a series of policy support issued by the state, the construction of sports park has also been widely concerned by all walks of life. While the number of sports parks is increasing, it is also necessary to pay attention to how to accelerate the improvement and optimization of public sports service supply in sports parks. In this paper, literature research, questionnaire survey and field investigation and other analysis methods are comprehensively applied. Based on the theory of collaborative supply, three typical sports parks in Guiyang are selected as research areas to analyze the problems existing in the supply of public sports services in Guiyang sports parks, and the causes behind the field practice are explored. This paper puts forward optimization strategies from five aspects: supply mechanism, government management, policy publicity and education, public participation, and the development of sports undertakings, respectively, and provides targeted opinions and suggestions for promoting the development and improvement of the public sports service system of Guiyang Sports Park.
