Hayek reached the view of “ignorance” from the view of “discrete personal knowledge” to provide the justification for freedom, and advocated the self-generated and spontaneous order of “human behavior rather than the result of human design”, and thus constructed the “dualistic view of social order” and “dualistic view of social order rules”. He advocated the self-generated and spontaneous order of “human behavior rather than the result of human design”, and thus constructed the “dualistic view of social order” and the “dualistic view of the rules of social order”, in which he classified the social order into the spontaneous order and the constructed order, and the internal rules and external rules adjusted the two types of order respectively. This theory, as the core view of neoliberalism, has a strong individualistic color. However, in view of the Confucian communitarian nature of Chinese society, internal rules and external rules should be moderately integrated to realize a self-generated and spontaneous order in the context of Chinese society.
