Spontaneous Order in the Context of Chinese Society

• Abstract: 哈耶克由“分立的个人知识”观达致“无知”观，以此为自由提供正当性依据，主张“人之行为而非人之设计的结果”的自生自发秩序，并由此构建了“社会秩序二元观”与“社会秩序规则二元观”，他将社会秩序划分为自发秩序与建构秩序，内部规则与外部规则分别对这两类秩序予以调整。该理论作为新自由主义的核心观点，带有浓厚的个人主义色彩。然而，鉴于中国社会存在儒家社群主义的特质，内部规则与外部规则应进行适度融合，从而实现中国社会语境下的自生自发秩序。
