智慧养老背景下农村养老现状及优化对策——以江苏省X镇为例

• 摘要： 在城市化进程中，农村地区“空巢老人”和“留村老人”现象日益凸显，乡村青年劳动力持续流失。农村老人因电子信息知识匮乏、生活孤寂、照料不足，加之身体机能衰退，他们往往面临着更为迫切的养老需求，而智慧养老服务中获得更加全面、方便的个性化养老服务。本文聚焦农村智慧养老问题，以江苏省X镇为例进行案例分析，实地调查当地乡镇养老的信息和数据，对收集到的数据进行分析，根据X镇农村养老服务的现状，分析现象产生的原因并在此基础上提出农村智慧养老服务可持续健康发展的措施。
• The phenomenon of “empty nest elderly” and “elderly staying in the village” in rural areas continues to emerge in the process of urbanization，and the young labor force in rural areas is also constantly losing. Rural elderly people often face more urgent elderly care needs due to the lack of electronic information and knowledge，loneliness in life， and inadequate care. In addition，due to their declining physical functions，they often receive more comprehensive and convenient personalized elderly care services through smart elderly care services. Regarding the issue of smart elderly care in rural areas，this article takes Xinjie Town， Jiangsu Province as an example for case analysis. It conducts on-site investigations on the information and data of elderly care in local townships, analyzes the collected data, describes the current situation of rural elderly care services in Xinjie Town, analyzes the reasons for the phenomenon, and proposes measures for the sustainable and healthy development of rural smart elderly care services on this basis.
