• Abstract: 本文对当前高校资助工作的现状和问题进行分析，提出精准资助育人的理念和目标。详细阐述了构建精准资助育人体系的关键要素，包括精准识别、精准帮扶、精准教育和精准管理。通过由“大水漫灌”向“精准滴灌”的转变，确保家庭贫困学生能够获得精准资助，实现全面发展，本文对高校精准资助育人体系的构建与实施进行了深入探讨。
• This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of financial aid work in colleges and universities. It puts forward the concept and goals of the precise financial aid and elaborates on the key elements of constructing the precise financial aid system in colleges and universities, such as precise identification, precise assistance, precise education and precise management. By changing from “bulk - distribution” to “precise - delivery”, it enables financially - challenged students to receive accurate financial aid and achieve comprehensive development. This paper makes an in - depth exploration of the construction and implementation of the precise financial aid system in colleges and universities.
