布朗芬布伦纳生态系统理论视角下沧州青年科技人才科研环境满意度调查研究

• 摘要： 本研究以沧州市高校、医院、事业单位、企业等科研人才作为调查对象，对科研人才的科研环境满意度情况进行了调查研究，研究显示不同科研群体对科研环境的满意度存在一定差异，高校科技人才对科研环境总体满意较高，但存在科研设备和实验室条件不足、科研经费投入不足和管理不规范、缺乏科研支持和培训机制等因素制约着科研环境的提升，建议通过提供先进的科研设备和实验室条件、加强科研经费的投入和管理、提供良好的科研支持和培训机制等措施提升沧州市青年科技人才的科研环境满意度。
• This study takes the scientific research talents of universities, hospitals, institutions and enterprises in Cangzhou City as the survey object, and investigates the satisfaction of scientific research talents with the scientific research environment, and the research shows that there are certain differences in the satisfaction of different scientific research groups with the scientific research environment, and the overall satisfaction of scientific and technological talents in colleges and universities with the scientific research environment is high, but there are factors such as insufficient scientific research equipment and laboratory conditions, insufficient investment in scientific research funds and non-standard management, lack of scientific research support and training mechanism, etc., which restrict the improvement of the scientific research environment. It is suggested that the satisfaction of young scientific and technological talents in Cangzhou should be improved by providing advanced scientific research equipment and laboratory conditions, strengthening the investment and management of scientific research funds, and providing good scientific research support and training mechanisms.
