This study takes the scientific research talents of universities, hospitals, institutions and enterprises in Cangzhou City as the survey object, and investigates the satisfaction of scientific research talents with the scientific research environment, and the research shows that there are certain differences in the satisfaction of different scientific research groups with the scientific research environment, and the overall satisfaction of scientific and technological talents in colleges and universities with the scientific research environment is high, but there are factors such as insufficient scientific research equipment and laboratory conditions, insufficient investment in scientific research funds and non-standard management, lack of scientific research support and training mechanism, etc., which restrict the improvement of the scientific research environment. It is suggested that the satisfaction of young scientific and technological talents in Cangzhou should be improved by providing advanced scientific research equipment and laboratory conditions, strengthening the investment and management of scientific research funds, and providing good scientific research support and training mechanisms.
