“大思政”背景下“12355”打造共青团思想政治教育新高地

• 摘要： 对青年进行思想引领是共青团工作的主责主业。在“大思政”背景下，共青团具有工作相对独立性、教育对象层次化、整合资源灵活性的独特优势。团属公益短号“12355”在经历工作定位的三次转变后，充分发挥共青团的独特优势，推动共青团思政教育迈上新台阶，呈现出综合全面与地方特色相结合、紧跟热点与改革创新相结合、“大”格局与“小”支点相结合的特点。基于“12355”现有做法，提出加强基础建设、夯实载体、深耕领域、开拓师资等工作，以打造共青团思政教育新高地。
• It is the main responsibility of the work of the Communist Youth League to guide the thought of the youth. Under the background of “grand ideology and politics”, the Communist Youth League has the unique advantages of relative independence in work, hierarchical education object and flexibility in integrating resources. The league’s public welfare phone number “12355” has experienced three changes in its work orientation, giving play to the unique advantages of the Communist Youth League ，promoting the ideological and political education of the League to a new level, showing the characteristics of combining comprehensive and local characteristics, keeping up with hot spots and reform and innovation, and combining “big” pattern with “small” fulcrums. Based on the the existing practices of 12355, it is proposed to strengthen the infrastructure construction, consolidate the carrier, deepen the field and expand the teaching staff, so as to build a new plateau of ideological and political education of the Communist Youth League.
