Currently, the psychological problems of college students have become a hot topic of concern for various universities and the whole society. In recent years, capsule soundproof cabins have developed rapidly in the fields of learning discussions and psychology. College students can release repressed emotions through crying, talking, and contemplation in them, which helps relieve psychological pressure and adjust their mental states, providing a unique and necessary private place and way for maintaining their mental health. Various universities are continuously improving the mental health intervention mechanisms for college students and exploring diversified psychotherapy methods to improve the mental health level of college students. Based on the concern for college students’ mental health education and combined with the practical application of capsule soundproof cabins, this paper focuses on studying its influence on the regulation of college students’ mental health in today’s universities, so as to help college students solve psychological problems and improve their mental health level.
