• 摘要： 中国式现代化进程中基层治理创新是当前社会发展的重要议题，是促进国家现代化进程的关键动力。通过对基层治理的创新实践进行分析，可以揭示中国式现代化的独特路径和特色。基层治理创新不仅涉及体制机制的革新，还体现在实践中的探索与创新。其核心在于尊重和发挥基层自主性，推动民主政治的全面发展。基层治理创新的呈现形式多样，包括社会组织的参与、多元主体的协同治理、公共参与的扩大等。在中国式现代化进程中，基层治理创新是实现现代化的必然选择，也是构建社会主义和谐社会的基础。从政策层面到实践层面，各级政府和基层组织积极探索适合中国国情的治理模式。在信息化和数字化的推动下，基层治理的创新日益突出，为解决实际问题提供了重要支撑。同时，重视民意、民生和民生意见，增强基层治理的民主性和透明度。各种形式的社会参与和民主决策机制的建立，有助于提升基层治理的效能和公信力。
• Grassroots governance innovation in the process of Chinese-style modernization is a crucial topic in current social development and a key driving force in promoting the country's modernization. By analyzing innovative practices in grassroots governance, the unique path and characteristics of Chinese-style modernization can be revealed. Grassroots governance innovation involves not only the reform of systems and mechanisms but also exploration and innovation in practice. Its core lies in respecting and leveraging grassroots autonomy to promote the comprehensive development of democratic politics. The forms of grassroots governance innovation are diverse, including the participation of social organizations, collaborative governance by multiple stakeholders, and the expansion of public participation. In the process of Chinese-style modernization, grassroots governance innovation is an inevitable choice for achieving modernization and the foundation for building a harmonious socialist society. From policy to practice, governments at all levels and grassroots organizations are actively exploring governance models suitable for China's national conditions. Driven by informatization and digitalization, the innovation in grassroots governance is becoming increasingly prominent, providing important support for solving practical problems. At the same time, emphasizing public opinion, people's livelihood, and the opinions of the people enhances the democracy and transparency of grassroots governance. The establishment of various forms of social participation and democratic decision-making mechanisms helps to improve the efficiency and credibility of grassroots governance.
