- Abstract: 法治化营商环境是民营经济健康发展的基石，本文分析了当前民营经济发展面临的挑战和机遇，重点阐述优化法治环境、依法保障民营企业和民营企业家权益的必要性，提出构建公平公正法治环境的措施，旨在为民营经济的健康、高质量发展提供坚实的法治保障，进而推动中国特色社会主义市场经济的持续发展。
- A legalized business environment is the cornerstone for the healthy development of the private economy. This article analyzes the challenges and opportunities faced by the current development of the private economy, focuses on elaborating the necessity of optimizing the legal environment and protecting the rights and interests of private enterprises and private entrepreneurs in accordance with the law, and proposes measures to build a fair and just legal environment. The aim is to provide a solid legal guarantee for the healthy and high-quality development of the private economy,and thus promote the sustainable development of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics.
