Personal Information Protection Law has clearly stipulated the right to data portability, but there are still many issues to be discussed before individuals can specifically apply this right. From the perspective of the subject of the right, it is not clear whether a legal person can act as an agent for the right to data portability; from the perspective of the object of the right, whether the right to data portability can be applied to data involving others also needs to be considered. This article will start from the legal rules and provide some personal superficial thoughts on solving the above two problems.
