英语演讲课程视角下新工科人才全球胜任力培养研究

• 摘要： 随着全球化进程的不断加快以及“一带一路”倡议的稳步推进，国家需要培养大量会语言、懂技术、会沟通的复合型人才。作为人才培养前沿阵地的各高等院校积极响应国家的新工科建设战略，培养具有全球胜任力的新工科人才。本文从大学英语演讲课程的视角出发，分析了该课程对于培养国际胜任力的必要性和有效性。
• With the acceleration of globalization and the promotion of the Belt and Road Initiative, our country needs to cultivate a large number of interdisciplinary talents who are proficient in languages, technology and effective communication. Universities actively respond to the national strategy of new engineering construction and cultivate new engineering talents with global competency. This article analyzes the necessity and effectiveness of cultivating international competencies from the perspective of college English speech courses.
