系统论视角下高职日常思想政治教育提质增效研究

• 摘要： 日常思想政治教育是高职院校落实立德树人根本任务的重要一环。在系统论视角下，当前高职院校在开展日常思想政治教育中面临着协同育人不足、教育手段单一、资源配置不当等现实问题。因此，高职院校应该在完善日常思想政治教育育人体系上下功夫，积极运用系统思维设计与构建育人体系，形成人员分工明确、环节衔接有序、资源配置合理的育人体系，提升高职院校日常思想政治教育质量和成效。
• Daily ideological and political education is an important part of implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents in vocational colleges. From the perspective of systems theory, vocational colleges currently face practical problems such as insufficient collaborative education, single educational methods, and improper resource allocation in carrying out daily ideological and political education. Therefore, vocational colleges should make efforts to improve the daily ideological and political education system, actively use systematic thinking to design and construct the education system, form a clear division of labor, orderly connection of links, and reasonable allocation of resources in the education system, and enhance the quality and effectiveness of daily ideological and political education in vocational colleges.
