Study on the Mechanism of Mutual Embedded Development of New Rural Collective Economy and Rural Pluralistic Governance System —based on the Case Study of H village in Zhejiang Province
Developing and strengthening the new rural collective economy and improving the efficiency of rural governance play an important role in fully realizing rural revitalization and socialist modernization. As an important part of Xi Jinping’s Socialism with Chinese characteristics’s economic thought in the new era, developing a new rural collective economy is an important path and inevitable choice to solve the “three rural issues” in the new era. Based on the embeddedness theory, this paper makes a case study of H village in Zhejiang province by using the interactive embedded analysis framework of new rural collective economy and rural multigovernance. It is found that rural construction in the new era should adhere to the dominant position of grassroots party organizations and build a coupled talent and resource management system, so as to realize the mutual coordinated development of the two. Therefore, grass-roots party organizations can be the core, actively play the role of “leading geese” of rural elite talents, and at the same time handle the relationship between villagers’ autonomy and elite talents, villages and villagers’ groups, further revitalize rural development resources and develop advantageous industries according to local conditions.
