With the development of economic globalization, continuous advancements in science and technology, and the arrival of the technological and industrial revolutions, enterprises are facing tremendous challenges. Human resources, as an important component in the development process of enterprises, play a pivotal role in their growth. Modern human resource management requires shaping from aspects such as quality, quantity, structure, and distribution. This paper analyzes the problems encountered in the process of shaping modern human resource management within enterprises and proposes corresponding solutions. In the process of shaping modern human resources within enterprises, the following issues may be encountered: resistance to change due to lagging management ideas, imperfect training systems, discontinuous training systems, lagging construction of human resource management teams, and a lack of composite talents. Therefore, the corresponding strategies mainly include: embracing change by changing mindsets, establishing a comprehensive and multi-dimensional enterprise training service platform, and gradually building a modern human resource management platform within the enterprise. From thought to practice, and then from practice back to thought, realizing diversified training within the enterprise, the construction of an open and shared communication platform, and the formation of an organizational culture atmosphere conducive to learning, all of which contribute to shaping modern human resources within enterprises.
