  • 摘要: 随着人工智能技术的飞速发展,其在公共部门人力资源管理中的应用日益广泛。文章探讨了人工智能技术在公共部门人力资源管理中的应用前景,并结合公共部门人力资源管理现状,预测了基于人工智能技术的公共部门人力资源管理系统对员工心理契约的影响:可以提供更具支持性的工作环境、提供更具个性化的成长机会、提供更具透明度的管理平台,但也存在难以确保技术公平、难以确保数据安全、难以进行责任溯源等问题。这些探索与思考,将为基于人工智能技术的公共部门人力资源管理系统的推广应用提供有益借鉴。
  • With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, its application in public sector human resource management is becoming increasingly widespread. The article explores the application prospects of artificial intelligence technology in public sector human resource management, and combines with the current situation of public sector human resource management to predict the impact of AI based public sector human resource management systems on employee psychological contracts: it can provide a more supportive work environment, more personalized growth opportunities, and a more transparent management platform, but there are also problems such as difficulty in ensuring technological fairness, data security, and responsibility traceability. These explorations and reflections will provide useful references for the promotion and application of public sector human resource management systems based on artificial intelligence technology.
