“健康中国”背景下中医药 “医养结合”培育路径研究

• 摘要： 本文在“健康中国”战略背景下，综述了中医药“医养结合”的培育路径的相关研究。通过对国内外文献的梳理与分析，探讨了中医药在养老模式中的应用及其与医疗资源的整合路径。针对传统养老模式存在的养老服务供不应求、专业人才缺乏及养老与医疗相分离等问题，本文提出构建“内生式”中医药“医养结合”养老模式，以供相关医养结合研究及持续改进参考。研究指出，该模式在缓解人口老龄化压力、提升老年人健康水平方面具有重要意义。未来研究应聚焦于路径的细化实施、政策优化及跨学科合作，以推动中医药“医养结合”模式的进一步发展。
• Under the strategic background of the “Healthy China” initiative, this paper reviews research related to the cultivation path of the integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and elderly care approach. Through the collation and analysis of domestic and international literature, the paper explores the application of TCM in elderly care models and its integration path with medical resources. Addressing issues in traditional elderly care models such as the inadequate supply of elderly care services, the shortage of professional staff, and the separation of elderly care and medical services, this paper proposes the construction of an “endogenous” integrated TCM and elderly care model. This can serve as a reference for related research on integrated elderly care and its continuous improvement. The study points out that this model is significant in alleviating the pressure of population aging and improving the health level of the elderly. Future research should focus on detailed implementation paths, policy optimization, and interdisciplinary collaboration to promote further development of the TCM integrated elderly care model.
