  • 摘要: 在当今知识经济时代,科技人才已成为企业创新和发展的核心资源。构建良好的企业科技人才生态系统对于吸引、培养和留住优秀科技人才,提升企业创新能力和竞争力具有重要意义。本论文旨在深入探讨企业科技人才生态系统的结构因子,分析影响企业科技人才发展的关键因素,揭示其相互作用关系,并提出促进企业科技人才生态系统优化的有效组态路径,为企业提升科技创新能力和竞争力提供理论支持和实践指导。
  • In today’s era of knowledge economy, scientific and technological talents have become the core resources for enterprise innovation and development. Building a good enterprise science and technology talent ecosystem is of great significance to attract, train and retain excellent science and technology talents, and enhance the innovation ability and competitiveness of enterprises. This paper aims to deeply explore the structural factors of the enterprise science and technology talent ecosystem, analyze the key factors affecting the development of enterprise science and technology talent, reveal their interaction, and propose an effective configuration path to promote the optimization of enterprise science and technology talent ecosystem, so as to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for enterprises to enhance their scientific and technological innovation ability and competitiveness.
