Research on the Current Situation of Kindergarten Labor Education from the Perspective of Home Co-education —Three Kindergartens in Zhangye City as an Example
Labor education is an important part of kindergarten education and an important way to promote children’s all-round development and cultivate good moral character. When implementing labor education for children, we should pay more attention to the process of labor and the germination and comprehensive development of labor feelings and attitudes. In this paper, teachers and parents in three kindergartens in Zhangye City were investigated, and it was found that kindergartens and families paid insufficient attention to labor education, teachers lacked teaching experience in labor education, the form of labor education was single, and there were formal and superficial phenomena in kindergarten labor education. In view of these problems, the author puts forward suggestions on improving kindergarten labor education from three aspects: kindergarten, kindergarten teachers and parents, so as to improve the quality of kindergarten labor education.
