• Abstract: 检察机关作为我国法律监督机关，宪法明确赋予其法律监督职责。侦查监督作为法律监督的有机组成和重要部分，是法律监督在刑事诉讼过程中全覆盖的关键一环，具有重要价值。司法实践中，侦查活动违法进行屡禁不止，为完善刑事诉讼监督制约体系，构建以证据为中心的刑事指控体系，确立侦查监督与协作配合机制是必然选择。但侦监协作机制在运行中仍存在信息壁垒、检警考核指标差异、监督刚性不足、人员配备因素不足等问题，通过厘清理念、细化规则、推进数字检察来完善侦监协作机制，提升检警机关办案质效，推动法律监督现代化。
• The procuratorial organs, as the legal supervisory organs of our country, are explicitly entrusted with legal supervision duties by the Constitution. As an organic component and important part of legal supervision, investigation supervision is a key part of the full coverage of legal supervision in the process of criminal proceedings, and has important value. In judicial practice, the illegal conduct of investigative activities has been repeatedly banned, and in order to improve the criminal procedure supervision and control system, and to build an evidence-centred criminal accusation system, the establishment of investigative supervision and collaborative mechanisms is an inevitable choice. However, the investigation and supervision collaboration mechanism still exists in the operation of information barriers, prosecution and police assessment index differences, insufficient supervision rigidity, insufficient staffing factors, etc. By clarifying the concepts, refining the rules, and advancing the digital prosecution to improve the investigation and supervision collaboration mechanism, to enhance the quality and efficiency of the prosecution and police authorities in handling cases, and to promote the modernisation of legal supervision.
